Lauren Dunn serves as Chief Financial Officer of Green Star Families of America, bringing disciplined financial leadership, operational efficiency, and a results-driven approach to mission stewardship and long-term sustainability.

A proven growth accelerator and efficiency driver, Lauren has helped organizations strengthen financial performance while building scalable, accountable systems. She designed and led the finance organization for a $2 million business recognized as Best in Gloucester County for eight consecutive years and counting. Earlier in her career, she was named a “20 Under 40” by South Jersey Biz, recognizing her leadership and impact in the regional business community.

Lauren has consistently delivered strong financial outcomes across multiple roles, including maintaining profit margins of 30% or greater on every contract she managed as a Business Analyst and Contract Manager for a managed print services provider. She also led a full transformation of a business management consulting firm’s accounting structure, transitioning the organization from cash-based to accrual accounting to improve accuracy, transparency, and
strategic planning.

Her work is driven by a firm belief that strong mission outcomes depend on strong systems. Lauren is deeply focused on process improvement, financial controls, and operational clarity—continually reviewing and refining workflows to strengthen both top- and bottom-line performance.
